Xceed currently has two (2) sites within Egypt with its head quarters located in Cairo’s technology park, The Smart Village. Xceed has an additional contact center, geographically and culturally proximate to Europe, at Morocco's technology park, “CasaNearshore Park”. This site boasts a large, qualified Francophone talent pool.

Xceed has adopted high availability technical solutions in running its day-to-day operations, and critical mission functions. In addition, Xceed's facilities and infrastructure were built on high redundancy measures, with the express intentions of mitigating risk of service failure, and ensuring business continuity. A future-proof strategy which guarantees long-term commitment to customer support.

Today, Xceed manages 3 million transactions a month, supporting clients in four (4) different continents and in nine (9) different languages. We serve a full span of vertical sectors. The languages that Xceed currently supports are: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Hebrew, Portuguese and Greek. Xceed's largest pools are in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
