Xceed recruits agents trained in the client’s culture and industry with multilingual skills and neutral accents. They work in an environment with the client’s branding material to help motivate and promote loyalty.
Xceed agents are an extension of your staff, they are trained on your products, submerged in your culture and their performance is evaluated by key performance indicators agreed upon with each client to guarantee satisfaction.

Xceed training programs are designed using a model that focuses on the technical, functional, and behavioral aspects we feel are necessary to perform with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Training materials are formulated to suit different learning abilities and competency is assessed via analyzing task performance. The results of our training assessments are then used to make improvements for future programs.

Part of the training team’s responsibilities is to ensure that new hires understand and comply with COPC®-2000 standards. New employees participate in a mandatory initial training, which is then followed by the certification process, to ensure consistently high levels of performance at the call center.

In addition, all Xceed new hires are thoroughly introduced to the corporate values and culture and specific emphasis is given to how these values “guide them to better performance.”
