Investing in Human Capital We recognize the role our company plays in sustained economic development within our communities, which relies heavily on a concentrated effort towards human resource development. In this spirit, Xceed is operating and continuously improving development programs to increase the literacy and soft skills of youth in the community. Recent Highlights: Launched a Community Technology Center in cooperation with Microsoft to provide underserved individuals with free technology skills trainings.	Going Green Environmental awareness is key to Xceed's sustainable corporate development. We strive to "Go Green" across all our operational levels from using environmentally safe equipment to engaging employees throughout the company on issues related to the environment through awareness campaigns. Recent Highlights: Implemented a company-wide paper recycling campaign that serves the dual purpose of paper recycling and directing money obtained from recycling towards charitable activities.
