Morocco is in a strong position compared to competitors such as Mauritius, Senegal, and Tunisia. It is geographically closer to France, has a larger and more qualified talent pool, and boasts a better telecommunications infrastructure. When measured against Eastern European countries, Morocco can point to lower labour costs and naturally a larger pool of French speakers. Morocco is considered a gateway to Europe, Africa and the Middle East in the IT and outsourcing industry.

CasaNearShore Facts and Figures

Xceed’s site in CasaNearShore has a capacity of 200 web-enabled, multichannel workstations. CasaNearShore Park is the first business area dedicated to offshore services and outsourcing, which is developed and managed by the CDG group. The Offshoring zone is being built on a 53 hectare at the outskirts of Casablanca and the Mohammed-V airport. It consists of 34,000 sq m of office floor and 6,000 sq m of services available. 30,000 BPO/ITO jobs are available, and about as many indirect jobs.
