    Xceed has launched a Community Technology Center in cooperation with Microsoft, in an effort to be an active contributor to the local community. This Community Technology Center (CTC) provides underserved individuals with an opportunity to receive free technology skills training and a chance to earn a Microsoft Digital Literacy certificate.
    Xceed’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility is a journey, in the course of which it aims to align our business values, purpose and strategy with the social and economic needs of our community
    Xceed has also launched in 2014 a project of hiring VI (Visually Impaired) employees to perform the duties of the call center starting with 10 agents reaching 112 agents by 2015.
    Xceed one of its strategic objectives in 2015 was not only to increase the number of VI agents in call center but to promote VI Team Leader in the operation, Xceed Had succeeded not only in achieving this target but started in transferring qualified candidate and high performers to different Department to perform another duties such as Quality Monitoring Team, Recruitment, Training, Planning and Control, Procurement and Finance.
    VI Employees had Shown commitment and devotion in performing their assigned tasks delivering outstanding results in terms of Quality and accuracy , Xceed is aiming to increase the number of VI employees going forward not only for call center but to cover all Xceed departments.
