Xceed is a global provider of quality, multi-lingual Business Process outsourcing (BPO) services that is engaged in managing extensive outsourcing and leasing agreements with commercial and Key Government Accounts.

Xceed is fully owned by Telecom Egypt and was founded In 2001 to serve as the IT arm of Telecom Egypt and started its First call center operations in 2003 by supporting a wide array of “Contact Center services” (Voice & Non-Voice transactions), and “Infrastructure Outsourcing” Services.

Driven by great passion towards growth, Xceed adopts the latest technologies, accentuates an immaculate customer experience and promotes sustainable development in order to provide comprehensive and optimized onshore/offshore customer management solutions, additionally extending our Portfolio of services to include “Payroll Management Outsourcing”, “Recruitment Outsourcing” and “Finance & Accounting Outsourcing” Services.

Xceed Currently has sites in Egypt, Morrocco, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia and UAE with an operating capacity of more than 10,000 web-enabled multi-channel workstations, 28,000 employees and 8000 remote agents delivering high-quality services across numerous industries in ten (10 ) different languages (Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Greek and Ukrainian).

2001

Xceed Launch

Xceed is a subsidiary of Telecom Egypt that was established in 2001, since then it has been at the forefront of the country’s BPO sector offering world class outsourcing services.

2003

First BPO Operation

In 2003 we started our first state of the art contact center operations in Cairo-Egypt supporting a wide array of “Contact Center services”.

2005

COPC certificate (first call center in the ME)

Xceed is proud to be the first Call Center in the Middle East, Africa and South Mediterranean region to get COPC certification till date.

2008

Xceed site in Morocco & ISO27001 certificate

2008 Xceed established a new site in Morocco for its Geographical and cultural proximity to European markets, as well as its regionally competitive telecommunication infrastructure for offshoring in Africa.

Xceed gets certified for ISO 27001 information security Management.

2009

BCM 25999

Xceed is certified for BCM 25999 designed establishing a way of assuring business continuity management to our clients.

2014

Xceed inaugurates new site in Maadi Technology Park

With the perseverance and determination of our employees and top management Xceed established a new site in Maadi Technology Park.

2018

Shared Services Line of Business

Capitalizing on our great success, we extended our Portfolio of services to include “Payroll Management Outsourcing”, “Recruitment Outsourcing” and “Finance & Accounting Outsourcing” Services.
