Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility is a journey, during which we aim to align our business values, purpose and strategy with the social and economic needs of our community. CSR

Since our inception, we have taken great strides to adhere to global standards in order to ensure economic sustainability, reduce environmental implications of our operations, enhance inclusivity and promote social investment. We are committed to integrate sustainability into our core operations. Based on this, we are currently developing a coherent strategy that draws on our core competencies as a leader in the call center industry to leverage our operations in the community.

It has become clear to Xceed that companies can no longer function in isolation from the communities in which they operate and focus solely on profits, but rather, must work in a mutually collaborative process towards the interests of both companies and their surroundings.

Impact Sourcing

We take pride in advocating for inclusive hiring practices through our impact sourcing initiatives, creating job opportunities to marginalized, disadvantaged communities and people with disability . through the provision of meaningful employment, our goal is to uplift individuals, improve economic opportunities, and build a more equitable society.
